Pixelmon Ascend - Enhance Your Journey!

Update notes:

• Pokémon in low-level caves no longer increase their level. This was broken when combined with YUNG's Better Caves, where you could easily get a level 100 Pokémon in deep caves.
• Now a pokégift can be claimed once per player. Previously if one player redeemed the gift, it disappeared and the other players could not claim it;
• Mods added: Replanter, Double Doors, Eating Animation, ItemPhysic Full and Toast Control.
