Changed: default options.txt (to fix issue with ConfiguredDefaults no assigning stuff correctly, also causing narrator prompt on every pack load)

(Re-)Added: Cobblemon Integrations (Only removed last update to test for multiplayer issue where players cant join server due to one of 2 errors, one is an OutofBoundsException and the other is an unknown serializer issue. This does not affect all users. Issue has been narrowed down to JEI or one if it's plugins/addons
