For Capsules, just place the structure you'd like to capture inside on a capture base...
And right click to put the whole highlighted selection inside! No need to disassemble any large contraptions you may have.
Of course, now you can! Just Right Click (or Shift+Right Click tile entities) the center bottom block!
Redeploying it is as simple as throwing it down where ever you want it to go! Once you're done with it, all it takes is another right click to pick it back up again and the cycle continues.
Mob transport is even simpler! Simply walk up to your unsuspecting victim...
