The name being a reference to an inside topic, Mentalized Twelve Pack 1.0.0 is inspired by Rebirth of the Night but doesn't yet directly use the Rebirth of the Night pack as a base. Instead various major mods Rebirth of the Night includes and does not include have been added to give a thorough start for my friend and I's modded minecraft experience alternative to Rebirth of the Night in some ways. For information on licensing for this version at least, please see the bottom of this description.

Mod List

Mentalized Twelve Pack  version 1.0.0 Includes the mods:

[SBM] Wooden Buckets   --(To allow early transfer of water and other cold fluids and hopefully in preparation for early alteration between Dynamic Tree Seeds and Vanilla/Pam's Harvescraft Saplings)

Bibliocraft  --(To allow in-game text saving in fun formats and several types of more interesting furniture and furniture sized equipment)

Biomes O'Plenty  --(To give the world a vast feeling of variety)

Carry On --(To allow transportation of chests by hand without disturbing the question of Shulker Boxes being uniquely transportable)

Cherished World --(A client side mod to help with single-player world organization)

Chisels & Bits --(To allow in-server player-customized blocks)

Controlling --(A client side mod to allow easy alteration of keybinds by the player)

Cosmetic Armor Reworked --(To allow the player to control their appearance regardless of a need for armor)

Ding --(To make any possible long load-up of Minecraft more bearable by giving an XP pickup signal when it's all complete)

Dynamic Trees --(To allow a beautiful scene of naturally growing trees with organically unique shapes and a feel of living nature)

Dynamic Trees - Biomes O'Plenty Compatibility   --(To ensure trees added by Biomes O'Plenty also enjoy a Dynamic Trees Life Cycle)

Dynamic Trees - Pam's Harvestcraft Compatibility  --(To ensure trees added by Pam's Harvestcraft also enjoy a Dynamic Trees Life Cycle)

Environmental Creepers --(To ensure the modpack can be enjoyed without creepers permanently ruining the terrain or requiring the exploitation of dirt in one area to fill another)

Flat Colored Blocks --(To add a full palette of direct color combinations to use in Chisels & Bits)

Hwyla --(To allow an easy way to figure out what objects and blocks are in a modded minecraft world)

JourneyMap --(A client side mod to allow the player an easier perspective of the world around them and for potential use for teleportation between various locations if appropriate)

Just Enough Items (JEI)  --(To allow a way for the recipe and other essential information about various blocks and items available in the game to be easily discovered)

Just Enough Resources (JER)  --(To allow JEI to present information on what ways in the world can allow the harvesting of resources)

LightLevel Overlay Reworked  --(A client side mod that allows the player to use a keybind defaulted to Shift+F4 to visualize the level of light on top of blocks and more easily control where mobs will spawn by avoiding mistaken holes in lighting or darkness within a build)

Malisis Doors --(A mod that allows various special features for door blocks including added types of doors and possibly custom door creation)

Neat --(Currently being debated, but to allow view of simple information about living entities such as the names, health, and armor of mobs and players)

Pam's Get All the Seeds! --(To add the vanilla plants that are unrealistically not available except through trading or looting to be harvested in low frequency from grass blocks as wheat seeds already were. Also does this for Pumpkin and Melon seeds but that may or may not change in future updates)

Pam's Harvestcraft --(To add a vast variety of content regarding plantlife, cooking, and food)

Path Under Gates --(To allow grass blocks to be flattened into paths even under gate blocks so that gateblocks are no longer a weird disturbance in dirt paths)

Pollution of the Realms --(To add some need to protect the world from effects similar to climate change and give a fun challenge that reflects a necessary focus in today's endangered world)

Quark --(adds so many interesting features I don't know where to begin)

Rebirth of the Night approximate

While this pack is made with Rebirth of the Night in mind,I am very uncertain what direction it will take. I certainly give Rebirth of the Night credit for coming up with a lot of the base ideas for this modpack and am not looking to step on any toes. As per the below statement, regardless of how close this is or is not to Rebirth of the Night:

Licensing as Deginated by Rebirth of the Night even though maybe not necessaryRebirth of the Night Modpack on Curseforge: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/modpacks/rebirth-of-the-night

I acknowledge that the Rebirth of the Night team has no responsibility to assist/support this "spin-off modpack".

There is no current intention to charge money for this modpack and likely will not be without excessive research and an entirely different context. This is certain indefinitely.
