Perpendicular

Changes:
- Block Swap will no longer generate all known blockstates in the config folder and take up a lot of storage
- Blacklisted all of Crossroads from Carry On

Changes that were made already on the public server but not in the modpack itself:
- Disabled the Friends and Foes Iceologer from spawning in raids (it's the wrong type of Iceologer)
- Increased the maximum player claims limit from 200 to 300
