Permarin's Modified City BuildPaK

This is a modpack, Like many others, that aims for you to create a city in creative.

This contains the tools for you to create details on a minute scale, want to build a row of houses? add power cables and water pipes to them? but where does the electricity and water come from?

build a power station to produce electricity for the entire city! and use that power to pump water to the city.

build roads with proper markings, and use the one of the many car mods for realistic cars you CAN DRIVE!

This modpack can even be run on a server! From personal experience, having a server with 6 gigs ram is enough to run it. 

however the client needs roughly around 10 gigs of RAM to function and not freeze over.

P.S if you care about the freezes that occur in minecraft, it might be a good idea to google Garbage Collecting, and try to locate something called JVM arguments, if you find the right one, you can TRULY save on computer resources!
