Ice and Fire:
-Further cutbacks have been made to the dragon conservation program (dragon roost spawn chance reduced to 1 out of 800)
-In addition, it was decided that they since they are an invasive species there no protections should apply in the Twilight forest, Galacticraft worlds, or RFTools Dimensions (Dragons are now only whitelisted to spawn in the Overworld)
-Ampitheres have been asked to chew slightly less hard on their victims (Ampither attack damage lowered from 7 to 4)
-Death Worms have been asked to leave deserts on the grounds that they were unsporting to be around (disabled ability to spawn death worms)
-Sea Serpent union has requested additional days off for the workers they represent (Sea Serpent Spawn chance lowered from 1 out of 200 to 1 out of 400)
World Gen:
-Good news, the planet is now less radioactive (Extreme Reactors Yellorium no longer spawns)
-Oh wait, no it's not (IC2 uranium spawn rate has been increased to compensate)
