Perfectly Splendid Update 10.1

Note: This is a small, but important update, that fixes the painfully slow chunkloading caused by MVS.

Changes:

• Milk now removes Bad Omen again, as it should've been all the way back in U2.
• Added a recipe and a trade for healing runes.
• Fixed Carry On keybind not saving and not being bound to Left Shift by default.
• Updated Dungeon Difficulty config; enables entity equipment scaling.
• Excluded more non-configurable mods from ModMenu.
• Iris is now included as a 3rd party mod.

Removals:

• Controlling; redundant with Keymap; used to keep it for the vanilla controls screen, which I simply never use
• FastAnim; breaks certain animations, e.g. Gliders', which I'm planning to include soon

Updated all mods.
