Grind stats for dozens of Pam's Harvestcraft crops with Agricraft, and Cooking for Blockheads to help with crafting various foods. You will be rewarded for your varied diet with Spice of Life: Carrot Edition, giving you extra health for eating various foods. (Or you could be lame and just get the hearts from eating random ingredients on the floor. I'm not here to stop you.)
Immersive Engineering (with addons) allow for automation of just about any task, as well as looking really cool.
Quark is in here with its default configuration. Lots of tiny little changes for making everything just that little bit better. Yes, there are giant frogs.
also, there are trumpet skeletons.
I don't really plan to make any updates unless necessary, but maybe I will in the future.
