⚙️ Spawn Caps: Deleted. TEM: Added.
Removed all vanilla spawn caps and replaced the old system with Threading Entity Mod — multithreaded entity ticking. Tested with Flare. Server TPS is measurably better. The mod is allegedly "vibecoded" which I find deeply reassuring. Also rebalanced some (like 2) mob spawn rates downward because certain things were just showing up everywhere constantly. You know who you are. Vanilla nether hell biome got a small spawn bump because it felt completely dead.

🌌 Aether: Didn't Make It
The Aether has been completely removed. It wasn't working, I wasn't fixing it, this was the logical conclusion. Galacticraft, Erebus and Twilight Forest are still in there and probably fine. Probably.

🚩 Banners Now Render Past 3 Blocks Away
Fixed the vanilla 1.12 banner render distance cap. They now render at your actual view distance like a normal object in a normal game. This was a clientside ASM patch, it touches exactly one method, and it works. Sometimes the best solutions are a single injected hook on a return instruction.

💥 Explosions Now Look Like Explosions
Added Explosive Enhancement. Before this, explosions had no visual effects. I searched for a solution, didn't search very long, found this, it works. Things blowing up now look like things blowing up. Enjoy.

📡 ZS Packet: Gone.
Threw out ZS Packet. Not Enough Bandwidth Legacy handles compression from now on and does a lot more on top of it. Two mods fighting over the packet pipeline felt like a bad idea. If NEBL causes any issues with e4mc or anything connection-related, drop a comment. It should be fine.

🏚️ Wizardry Structures: Toned Down
Some Electroblob's Wizardry structures were generating too frequently. Reduced spawn rates. You will still find them, they just won't be every 200 blocks.

⭐ Stellar Core: Back In
Re-added Stellar Core for its bug fixes and optimizations. There is still a faulty mixin in there. I am aware. I should probably pull the latest GitHub build instead of waiting for the author to upload it on CurseForge "in the near future". I will do this eventually. It's fine for now.

Made a new modpack thumbnail. CurseForge destroys the quality on upload so the small details are completely gone by the time you see it. This is a CurseForge problem. The original looks good. Trust me.

Lot of changes this patch, most of them were just obviously correct decisions in hindsight. Aether's gone, explosions look good, banners work, server runs better. If something is broken drop a comment. - 67
