PartiiPack is a Minecraft 1.16 modpack that was put together for the 3CubedMC discord/minecraft community
To be played as a "Vanilla with Pretty Blocks" modpack to help introduce vanilla players to modded Minecraft.
We also wanted to keep the mods light in the hopes that any computer capable of playing vanila Minecraft would also be able to load this pack.
We chose those mods that our experienced modded players thought would give the "basic modded" experiences to those who've only played vanilla.
Simple Farming mod adds additional crops to forage and find and right-click-to-harvest.
Cooking for Blockheads adds fun kitchen multi-block tools to cook the new food recipes from Simple Farming.
Silent Gems/Gear/Mechanism adds non-vanilla tools and gear and introduces the modded concept of "ore doubling". When tools break, they can be repaired. Existing tools can be upgraded and materials can be mixed and matched in many ways.
There are a variety of new ores each with their own pros and cons, functional tiers, and the need for automating ore processing with machines.
Biomes O' Plenty adds a lot of new biomes in worldgen as well as many new blocks -- additional wood types, stone types, and plants. Repurposed Structures generates fun new structures in all these new biomes.
Refined Storage and Storage Drawers adds basic storage abilities that are familiar and essential to modded players, especially needed to store all those new blocks and items that were added. Solar Generation is there to provide power for this tech.
