You wake up in a forest and can only remember one thing, being attacked by grotesque monsters, you start wondering around until nightfall collecting resources you feel you'll need, when suddenly you see, something in the shadows, you try running but it bolts up to you and without a second thought you attack it, beating it to death with your bare fists, once it died you looked at the creature and recognized it, all the memories of your kingdom being attacked come flooding into your head and you come to the sudden realization that you're here to fight these beasts and cleanse the world of this.. infection. Wondering even more you discover villages filled with these things, they weren't humans or parasites, that had thick elongated noses and conjoint arms, you try talking to them but they only let out little noises and offer you wheat for what appears to be an emerald, you decline the offer saying you have nothing to offer back, it doesn't seem like it understands, so you leave and explore the land until the next nightfall, but the moon was red, you have no idea what it was but you knew it wasn't good, so you when into a cave and boarded it up with the resources you collected on the first day, you could hear the noises of whatever was out there until the day, that's when you broke out of the cave and looked around only seeing bodies of monsters can far as your vision could view.

Parasitical is a modpack based on the mod Scape And Run: Parasites, and set in the medieval era, except everyone, was killed off in the parasite outbreak, and you are the sole survivor, now with no resources, you must survive and kill the parasites using only your wits and skill.

In the end, this isn't some tutorial level modpack, take any skill you have and harness it to fight the horrors of Scape and Run until you die.
