0.3.4b Small changes and patches

  • Disabled sneaking through 1.5 tall block gaps (i cant seem to figure out what's causing the incompatibility)
  • Reduced Skeleton King's damage from 38 to 30
  • Reduced Undertaker's damage from 15 to 12
  • Increased rep gain from apprehending a fugitive (8 > 15)
