Pray and Prey is a modpack that is a modified copy of forge lab's parasites.
You can fight against parasites, getting special weapons from the parasites combat addon, or just use flan's mod to gun them down.
You can level up and gain the ability to use more powerful tools and weapons with reskillable.
The experience is much more intense now with the first aid mod, which allows you to get crippled, and has locational health.
