A Vanilla+ modpack centered on Create and Eureka! Ships!
This is a small write-up for the modpack, explaining some of the main mods found. The most important ones are foremost.
Content Mods
Create
This is the only tech mod in the modpack. Use rotational kinematic energy to power various contraptions. There are no single blocks from this mod that do anything on their own - instead, you have to build the contraption yourself.
The pack also comes with “Steam ‘n’ Rails,” which improves Create’s railroad system; “Enchantment Industry,” which offers a way to automate the enchanting process; and “Ore Excavation,”
Aquaculture 2
Fishing mod that adds a bunch of rods and fish. Think of it like the very popular hit game Anglerdecks in Minecraft.
Farmer’s Delight
Food and cooking.
Also some add-ons that give it compatibility with Alex’s Mobs and Aquaculture, as well as extra food options.
Alex’s Mobs
A bunch of animals. Almost all of them have unique passives and a lot of them are able to be bred and tamed.
Alex’s Caves
New cave generation.
Large Ore Deposits
Very rarely, you may come across a chunk with a large ore deposit (lode). If the chunk has a lode, it will have a patch of flowers in a circular pattern at ground level. Lodes are massive veins of a particular ore that can contain anywhere between a hundred to over a thousand of that ore, depending on how rare it is.
Lodes themselves are incredibly rare - around 1 in 700 for coal, 1 in 1000 for iron, and 1 in 3000 for diamonds. This rarity encourages exploration more than mining, as it is typically fairly easy to tell if your chunk has a lode.
Valkyrien Skies and Eureka! Ships!
Valkyrien Skies is a physics mod that allows for funky Minecraft rigidbody physics. In layman’s terms, it makes blocks able to roll around like dice.
Eureka! Ships! is a mod that uses Valkyrien Skies to add buildable ships and aircraft.
Biomes O’ Plenty
More biomes, more trees.

Sophisticated Backpacks and Sophisticated Storage
Adds backpacks and chests that have modular enhancements, such as auto-sorting, built-in crafting tables, and auto-trashing certain items.
Waystones
Teleportation structures.
Explorer’s Compass
Compass that tells you where certain biomes are.
Macaw’s Doors, Macaw’s Bridges, Macaw’s Trapdoors, etc…
Adds a bunch of wood-related furniture and building blocks based on modded wood.
UI/QoL Mods
WTHIT - Gives you information on what you’re looking at.
Falling Tree - Timber mod, cut trees instantly.
JEI - Inventory mod, see recipes.
Controlling - Allows you to search through keybinds in the keybind options.
JourneyMap - Map.
Curios - Gives your character a separate inventory for armor slots.
Enchantment Descriptions - You’ll never guess what this one does.
Backend/Performance
Chunky - Pre-generates chunks.
Clumps - Clumps XP orbs to decrease lag.
ImmediatelyFast - Rendering efficiency.
Starlight - Lighting Efficiency.
Ksyxis - World loading efficiency.
ModernFix - Modpack launching efficiency.
FerriteCore - Block state efficiency.
