1. **Nutzungsrecht:** Die private, nicht-kommerzielle Nutzung und das Spielen dieses Modpacks über offizielle Launcher (wie Modrinth) ist uneingeschränkt gestattet.
   
2. **Vervielfältigung und Weitergabe:** Es ist ausdrücklich untersagt, dieses Modpack, die darin enthaltene Spielwelt (Map-Dateien) oder die spezifischen Konfigurationsdateien ohne vorherige schriftliche Genehmigung des Urhebers auf anderen Plattformen, Websites oder Launchern (z. B. CurseForge, eigene Webserver) neu hochzuladen, zu spiegeln (Mirroring) oder zu verbreiten.

3. **Inhaltsschutz:** Die in diesem Pack enthaltene, nachgebaute Welt (Freedom-Map) ist geistiges Eigentum des Erstellers dieses Remakes (basierend auf der kreativen Vorlage des Originalprojekts). Das Extrahieren, separate Verbreiten oder Modifizieren der Map-Dateien zur Wiederveröffentlichung ist untersagt.

4. **Let's Plays & Streaming:** Das Erstellen von Videos, Let's Plays und Streams unter Verwendung dieses Modpacks ist ausdrücklich erlaubt und erwünscht! Eine Nennung des Modpack-Namens und ein Link zur Modrinth-Seite in der Videobeschreibung wird vorausgesetzt.

This license governs the use of the "Freedom Remake" modpack, including its compilation, configuration files (configs), and the bundled world save (original map remake).

2. **Redistribution:** Redistributing, re-uploading, or mirroring this modpack, its configuration files, or the included world save (map files) on any other platforms, websites, or third-party launchers without prior written consent from the author is strictly prohibited.

3. **Content Protection:** The remade world map included in this package is the creative property of the author of this remake. Extracting, separately distributing, or modifying the map files for re-publication is not allowed.
