Tinkers Construct : The TC Table variants no longer show in JEI/Creative inventory, Smeltery now triples ores

OreExcavation : Doubled Excavation limit, Doubled Excavation distance, Reduced by 50% the excavation speed (32/tick instead of 64), Blocks mined while excavating now get auto-sent to inventory

Kitchensink : Health station Slightly boosted, Quarry now kinda useless

Block Armor : Only requires 2 pieces to give effects

Pack appears to be stable, no issues sighted apart from those fixed with the config changes.
