You can build large machines and networks using the tech mods such as Thermal Foundation and Ender-IO or go exploring in the various biomes that have been added, or learn some new magic and learn to cast spells using Thaumcraft.
Can also test your luck with some Chance Cubes or have some MeeCreeps help build for you.
