Changed the recipe of the Advanced Solar Panel (IndustrialCraft 2) from "Hard" to "Easy". This can be changed back in the advancedsolarpanels.cfg file (in the config folder) by modifying the following options:

• B:"Enable hard recipes"=true
• B:"Enable simple Advanced Solar Panel recipe"=false

This action must be performed on BOTH client and server
