IMPORTANT: Use the command "/bq_admin default load" to get the updated quest list! Old worlds do not automatically get the updated quests otherwise!

 

Mods Updated:

  • Gendustry 1.6.5.32 (adds gendustry x mekanism support)
  • Jurassicraft 2.1.2 (new dinos and figurines)
  • Minefactory Reloaded 2.9.0B1-230 (more ports from the original and bugfixes)
  • Natura 4.1.0.82 (Fixes redwood tree dupe bug)
  • The Lost Cities 1.0.2 (added "avoid water" option to world gen)
  • The One Probe 1.4.19 (misc new visible info)

Mods Downgraded:

  • (dissabled) Dynamic Lighting. Basically it's optional, off by default (unlock the pack to enable it, or use optifine dynamic lights.)

Mods Added:

  • Applied energistics (Presses and Meteors do not spawn, and the Grinder can't be crafted. AE2 will be built in as late game quest rewards)
  • Iron Backpacks (Fancy Backpacks, better than plastic bags or forestry packs)
  • Better fps (It's like Optifine but it's on Curse, still works with optifine though)
  • Mystical Agradditions (Tier 6 Mystical Agriculture, Insanium, and tinkers support for the previous 5 tiers)
  • Tinkers Addons (more tinker tool modifiers, as requested since it's balanced)

Mods Removed:

  • Counter Guns (dupe bug, quest invalidation, and a few other issues)
  • Inventory Tweaks (Quark does this already, it's like Terraria)
  • FTB Utilities & FTB Lib (not many people use it and it was taking up a lot of command space, causing some lag for Journeymap too)
  • Apple Core (loose core mod not required by anything)

 

Quest Book:

  • Relevant Quests updated from crafting type to retrieval type
  • 400+ Total quests (most are repetitive, tier based, or direct progression stepping stones)
  • "The Basics" Done
  • "Exploration" Done (now with helicopters)
  • "Trading Post" open for business 
  • "Foundry" quest tree done (if you already made a smeltery, just pick it up to finish the quest)
  • "Greenhouse" quest tree done (prosperity shards only come from the trading post)
  • "BEES!!!" In progress
  • Added separate trees for the Between lands, Nether, and the End
