The goal of the pack is to create a somewhat realistic and immersive progression from the beginning of the game to the cool high-tech stuff. Everything is gated behind tech progress, and you will spend a good amount of time without interacting with power at all.
You will start with modified Charcoal Pit progression, struggling to get simple tools and slowly working your way up the material tiers. Once you get your hands on steel and diamonds, you'll start with Oritech, all the way from the beginning to prometheum tools. From there, you will continue with Draconic Evolution as the final frontier of technology and OP gear. Quests cover all of this, of course, so you won't get lost if you're new!
