Optimal Voices

This modpack improves game loading speed and reduces lag, it focuses on fixing weird issues from bad portal connections to way to much XP, it adds voicechat along with lighting and sound dynamics that are beyond the normal games, it doesn't change gameplay by much only having one mod that changes the game a lot by adding dynamic armor for when you would rather not lose your armor but still show off your recently made minecraft skin, it's goal is optimization so it's easy for servers and not as good pcs.
