Changes

• Removed Tesseract because it can cause an energy loop causing massive lag and server crashes
• Readded Raw Silicon to Silicon recipe for an alternative way to get Silicon
• Locked time to day and re-disabled the Day/Night cycle (Turns out the Solar Cooker functions normally with the gamerule disabled it only breaks if the dimensions have a fixed time property)
• Fixed the Budding Core drop chance to be affected by Fortune instead of Looting
• Finally managed to remove the wooden bucket and coal shards from being used as fuel
