- Added Trash Cans
- Changed the way mysterious blocks work, no longer creates a barrier block, updates 
    its state to "resting" whilst resting the block cannot be broken. After 20 tick resting
    reverts to false allowing the block to be broken again. This should fix a bunch of issues
    when reloading the world (UPDATE CORE UPDATE CASTING)
