open-wiki mod packs

I want to add the open computers and in game wiki mod packs in order to get the full experience for the mod pack know as immersive railroading. I will also be using the immersive engineering, track API, and the universal mod core to also get the best experience out of immersive railroading. The reason I'm making this is to add the two mods i need to get the IR mod working.
