What's new

Added a Oil Drilling Rig multiblock to provide passive oil generation in exchange for RF.

Made the tier 1 Microminer easier to make.

Enabled Thermal Jetpacks (Leadstone, Hardened, Reinforced, Resonant, and Jetplate).

Added Redstone Arsenal and gregged the recipes.

Reworked most of the recipes for Thrusters and Jetpacks, and also the engines of Microminers to take new materials into account.

Changed how Impossible Realm Data and Quantum Flux are acquired to make it less grindy.

Made Dark Soularium Ingots much less grindy.

Assorted quest fixes.
