Welcome to the initial release of The Valley | olivr.cc! This modpack serves as the foundation for our SMP, combining the cozy farming economy of Society: Sunlit Valley with our own community-focused and technical additions.

🆕 New Additions (SMP Specials)

These mods have been added specifically for the olivr.cc experience:

• 🎙️ Simple Voice Chat: Proximity voice chat is now active!
  • Tip: Press V (default) to open the settings menu and configure your microphone.
• 💻 ComputerCraft (CC: Tweaked): Added programmable computers and turtles.
  • Automate your farming and logistics using Lua scripts.
• 🛠️ Polymorph: Solved crafting conflicts.
  • If two items share a recipe, a button now appears above the crafting output to let you select the correct result.
• 👕 SkinLayers3D: improved player rendering.
  • Skins now have 3D depth for a better visual look.
• popups Pickup Notifier: Added neat inventory notifications.
  • See exactly what you pick up without opening your inventory.

🏡 Base Features (Core Gameplay)

Derived from Society: Sunlit Valley:

• Economy System: Use the Shipping Bin to sell crops and the Trading Post to buy resources.
• Seasons: Crops and aesthetics now rotate through Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter.
• The Skull Cavern: A daily-resetting mining dimension for high-risk, high-reward looting.
• Quest Book: Press your quest key (check controls) to view the progression guide.

🐛 Known Issues / Notes

• First Launch: The game may take a moment to load textures due to the resource packs included in the base modpack.
• Keybinds: Please check your keybinds settings as Voice Chat and Quest Book keys might overlap with vanilla keys depending on your setup.
