Of gears and Magika - Chapter 2

Added:
- Chunk load dragon crystal enabled to find Ice and fire dragons
- Fixed Hexerei misalignement problem for recipes in JEI
- You can now use spirit fire to gain steel via Occultism
- Quest rewards were adjusted to be more balanced, and shop prices for energies are lowered.
- Corrected many quests and made create questline less locked behind unecessary steps

Removed:
-Spyglass improuvements (Problems with zooming and multiple errors, will see if removing it fixes it)
-Custy curios no longer spawn in chests due to overspawn issue, now only found via rare mob drops or via trading
