Nyxfall

An adventure modpack built to beat you.

Nyxfall turns Minecraft into a long, dangerous journey across strange dimensions and ruined lands. This isn't one-life hardcore: you can keep going after you die, but every death costs you something, and the world gets no easier while you recover.

The Night Is Coming

• Horde Nights: Every fifth night, zombie hordes hunt you down in waves. Build your defenses or keep moving.
• Celestial Events: Blood moons and other lunar events change what the night sky means for your survival.
• A Price for Dying: Each death takes away a heart. Enchanted golden apples can win them back, and in Nyxfall you can craft them.
• Changing Seasons: The world shifts through the year, and your crops shift with it. Plan ahead.

Worlds to Conquer

Travel far beyond the Overworld:

• The Twilight Forest: An enchanted realm of bosses, mazes and progression.
• The Aether: A sky dimension of floating islands and dungeons.
• The Undergarden: A dark, twisted world beneath the bedrock.
• Deeper and Darker: An expanded Deep Dark leading to the Otherside.
• The Bumblezone: A hive dimension that won't welcome you.

Adventure Everywhere

• Massive Structures: When Dungeons Arise, its Seven Seas expansion, Dungeons and Taverns, and Moog's Voyager Structures fill the land and sea with places to raid.
• Magic: Find spellbooks and master powerful spells with Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks.
• Artifacts: Hunt for rare gear that can change how you play.

Survive and Settle

• Food: Farmer's Delight and Expanded Delight add cooking and new crops.
• Mining: Large ore deposits and a veinminer enchantment make each mining trip count.
• Building: Rechiseled and Compressed Blocks give your base more detail and storage options.
• Travel: Waystones, a minimap and a world map help you find your way back.
• Recovery: Your items stay in your corpse when you die, if you can reach it.

Better Together

Simple Voice Chat brings proximity voice to multiplayer, so you can call for help, or hear your friends' last words.
