Adjusted WAILA position for boss/champion health bars
Adjusted the spawn rates of champion mobs in Champions:
- 1/20 champion (default)
- 1/80 T2 champion (default is 1/100)
- 1/320 T3 champion (default is 1/500)
- 1/1000 T4 champion (default is 1/2500)
Reduced spawn rate greatly for ender ore in mini utilities
- Was 12 veins per chunk, 12 per vein, now 4 per chunk and 4 per vein
