Added a "heating module" to the wreckage of the ship containing pyrotheum for making heating coils. Made of painted reinforced obsidian and reinforced glass so you will need good tools to get it.

Fixed another conflicting recipe.

Ice cubes are crafted by putting ice in a crafting table, eliminating water dupe exploit.

Magma shards are crafted by putting magma blocks in a crafting table.

Magma blocks can be made by putting netherrack in a barrel filled with lava.

Tweak to Spice of Life, now only requires eating three unique foods to prevent diminishing returns instead of twelve.

Fixed visibility of thermal regulator quest.

Added quests for obtaining pyrotheum and crafting the heating coils.

Thermal regulator quest now requires heating and cooling coil quests before it can be completed.

Made the Getting Started quest tree look a little nicer.
