Nuclear Tech: Integrated

1. Removed Quartz powder in the alternative recipe for AE2 Quartz Fibers in the Chemical Plant.
2. Removed Cast Steel Plates from the AE2 Interface and replace it with steel ingots. Also make it use 1 logic processor instead of 2.
3. Removed Cast Steel Plates from the AE2 Molecular Assembler and replaced it with steel ingots. Slightly changed the  recipe.
4. Removed Welded Steel Plates from the AE2 Security Terminal, replaced 16k Storage Component with a 1k one.
5. Removed Welded Steel Plates from the AE2 ME Chest and replaced it with Steel Ingots.
6. P2P ME now requires Pure Fluix.
7. Revamped the AE2 Storage Component Recipes. Introduced storage sizes bigger than 64k. Only Cells above 64k require technetium or bismuth to be crafted.
8. Added AE2 Storage Component recycling recipes in the Precission Assembler.
9. Added a Cargo Elevator and Chisel Concrete quests to the Building and Decorating chapter of the quest book.
10. Mentioned more efficient Fracking Solution recipe in the Fracking Tower quest.
11. Added ME Drive Reshuffle quest to the AE2 Chapter.
12. Removed Red Room mention in the Satellite quest.
13. Mentioned Cheaper recipes for Firebricks and Steel in the Blast Furnace Quest.
14. Added Electric Press and Electric Heater quests.
15. Made Geothermal Heat Exchanger quest optional.
16. Removed Wireless Crafting Terminal recipe from showing in the crafting table.
17. Removed Cast Steel Plates from the AE2 Crystal Growth Accelerators and replaced it with Steel Ingots.
18. Changed the recipe for the AE2stuff Crystal Growth Chamber.
19. Added Electric Furnace quest.
20. Added Depth Ore quest.
21. Added Ashpit quest to be an OR between the Smokestacks and Heating Oven/Firebox quests.
22. Fixed Muon and Dark Matter particles being shown as available if antimatter is obtained but not having unlocked Particle Accelerator.
23. Fixed Bauble EFR Lantern not being mentioned.
24. Fixed OC Microchips needing NTM Microchips instead of Silicon Wafers.
