Nuclear Evolution

We're still working on what the pack will be about, but we're intending to make an expert-style pack with both magic and tech, and make it different enough from E2E to be interesting enough to play.  

Another goal of it is to keep the pack smaller, so it'll be able to run on less generous hardware. 

I plan to add more stuff here, but for now it's just a placeholder. Here's our current mod progression chart, which is always subject to change.  

Quests are planned in the future, but right now, this is just meant to be used by the other developers.
