Nuclear Earth Reirradiated 2.3.0 - Modernization Update

Ironically, NER is a relatively outdated pack even for 1.12.2. This update brings the pack to the modern age by switching fully to mixinbooter.

Too many updates to keep track of. If it was updatable, it was updated.

Only mod intentionally left un-updated was abyssalcraft, which would have broke an integration mod.

Replacements

• MixinCompat replaced with MixinBooter
• VanillaFix replaced with CensoredASM
• FoamFix replaced with VintageFix
• Phosphor replaced with Alfheim
• Replaced AE2 with AE2 Extended Life
• Replace Fast Leaf Decay, DupeFix Project, and FastWorkBench with Universal Tweaks

Removals

• CustomNPCs is gone, they were never used.
• Packmode is also gone for the same reason.

Eradication of Vicious Core

• Vicious Core has been removed entirely. It is a buggy mess.
• Nuclear Earth Tweaker has been renamed to Nuclear Earth Mod and has stolen the techreborn patches from Vicious Core. Nuclear Earth Mod is built for mixinbooter.
