Update 2.1.3 Added Packaged Auto and Packaged Avaritia (Automate Avaritia!) Cheapened a few recipe costs:

- All T6 void miners now require less neutronium and 1 less infinity catalyst.

- Dragon armor is no longer impossible and pointless.

- Woot tier 4 caps 9x less expensive.

Neutronium outputs for LEFm and HEFm have been increased.

- 4 for LE

- 10 for HE

Impure neutronium fusion no longer produces energy
