Hazmat Suit Nerf
- Hazmat armor now has a base durability of 111 (which is multiplied depending on armor piece).
- Hazmat armor now takes radiation damage according to the following rules:

If the ACTUAL chunk radiation is less than 3:
- Each armor piece has a radiationlevel/3 chance to take damage. This means that on average the hazmat helm will last on average about 55 minutes in normal radiation.

In areas with a level greater than 3, the armor takes radiationlevel/3 damage per radiation tick. This means your armor will break in about a minute at minimum.

Changed some words in the questbook, server owners, no need to paste in the new quests.

Modified the nuclearcraft CFG.
Note:
Hazmat suits already crafted may not have the new mechanics applied. If you care about fairness, replace your armor.
