Not Quite Optifine

Release 1.0 with 1.18 support!!!

Here's the 1.18(.1 specifically) version of Not Quite Optifine, it took a while to get all the mods working and sadly i had to remove a couple as they either weren't on 1.18 yet or were breaking the game.

Changelog:

Removed Colormatic as it causes issues with sodium 1.18, may add back at a later date if fixed.

Added Simple Voice Chat (for those who wanna play on servers with that.)

Removed MoreMcMeta as it is not available for 1.18 yet. Will add if it is given 1.18 support.
