Know that this modpack is focused on the eerie and creepy atmosphere of the old Alpha/Beta versions. Don't expect dwellers and jumpscares every 3 seconds, it's intended to be more for longplays and with an analog-psychological horror experience, like you're playing and encountering strange entities and anomalies.
Beta 1.0 – Pre-Release | Official Update Notes
We’re excited to introduce a major step forward in world simulation and player experience.
This update adds long-awaited features designed to make survival feel more immersive and structured. Players will now experience a new hunger system, allowing for more natural resource management, along with a visible experience bar to track progression over time. Movement has also been improved with the addition of sprinting, creating a more fluid and responsive exploration system.
New generated structures have been implemented across the world. These formations are experimental and may appear in unusual locations, but are working as intended.
We have also introduced new entities as part of our environmental life system. Their behavior is still being monitored. Some may appear player-like. This is a known visual overlap and should not be considered a malfunction.
During internal testing, we observed a small number of world anomalies, including visual desync, misplaced blocks, and figures resembling disconnected clients. These are rare and should not affect normal gameplay.
If encountered, we recommend avoiding interaction. These are not players. Do not trust them. Do not follow them.
