Gurty Removal and Crash Fix!

Update 3.4

• Gurty mob has been removed from modpack
  • This was due to causing a severe game crash, soft locking players out of ther worlds until the Gurty no longer exists either by not rendering, despawning, or dying
• Replaced all Gurty spawns in Deep Blue Gateway variants with River Guardian and Guardian spawns
  • To maintain balance, the total number of mobs remains the same or is slightly lowered
• Increased Mosquito Swarm maximum group spawn count in Twilight Forest Swamp biome from 1>3
• Drowned and Slippery Biters can now spawn in Twilight Forest Swamp biome
  • This is added into the Data pack and I don't have full knowledge of how that works so I can't give a percentage of their spawn rates unfortunately
• Fixed Game Crashes caused by Gurty mob existing
• Fixed Glowing Amulet not working in any dimension aside the Overworld
