Emergency Hotfixes and Crash Fix!

Update 3.0

• Most Twilight Forest bosses will now spawn a chest when defeated with their loot found inside
• Carminite Ghast Guards and Carminite Ghastlings will no longer have a chance of becoming an Elite mob
• Increased Knockout Amulet's strength and weakness by 10%
• Increased Striker Amulet's random crit chance by 50%
• Added Raven Feather to Arrow and Book and Quill recipes
• Fixed Gurty from spawning in Twilight Forest biomes it wasn't supposed to causing crashes to occur
• Fixed Zombies, Skeletons, and Witches spawning in Nether Citadel structures
• Fixed Strays not having bows equipped when spawned from Gateways
