Norb's Simple Optimized Preset

This modpack was made with the idea that it is nothing more than a base for you to build off of. The pack has been designed to be highly compatible whether its adding a few pvp addons, bigger mods or running shaders.

Sounds and UI interactions have been given some satisfying additions that I can promise will not interfere with any content based mods you'd like to add/build around. Optimization and Compatibility were my two biggest priorities when putting the pack together, along with making sure the online experience was smooth for servers such as Hypixel and DonutSMP. The idea of making an easy plug and play solution for people wanting to play certain content expansions with their friends without the need to spend hours debugging lag. 

I've noticed alot of overlap when it comes to optimization mods nowadays which makes it sometimes confusing for someone who doesn't have the time to explore configs and features that are not user friendly or intuitive. So I've personally gone through to make sure theirs as little overlap as possible so you can Enjoy a lag free, satisfying experience while playing.

"Are the resource packs apart of the optimization?"

-No, They are for visual clarity and can be altered as you please. 

"I noticed something could be further optimized!"

-Please speak up! feedback on the pack is VERY welcome. 

"Will this pack be backported for X.X.X version?"

-Yers but No, I don't have anyone helping me put these together so I believe it'd be to big of a project to try make this pack for EVERY version. However! If someone requests a specific version, then yes ofcourse. Just leave a comment with the launcher and version you'd like.

"Do I need to credit you?"

-No, Anyone could've figured this out with enough time. I do it for the love of the game and community. A link or little note leading people back to this pack will always be appreciated tho. 

"So anyone gets to use this free?"

-Yes, no need to ask for bother with credits if you don't want to. Remove or Add content as you please.

"How do I add Mods I want to the pack?"

-Download The Pack > 

-Open the Modpack (Generates needed files upon first launch) > 

-Close the Modpack > 

-Right Click the pack >

-Click "Profile Options" >

-Click "Allow content management for this profile" >

-Add Content and Enjoy!
