I wanted to introduce my girlfriend's 13 year old daughter to the fun of modded Minecraft, but I struggled to find a modpack that wasn't too different from Vanilla but still came with the big name mods, plus she's not a fan of having to deal with mobs so I needed a way to ease her in. Thus this pack was born.
Features:
- Contains my favourite "core" mods: Tinker's Construct, Thermal Expansion, Industrial Foregoing, Mekanism, Iron Jetpacks, JEI, HWYLA, and Bigger Reactors.
- Pacifist mobs that won't fight you unless you fight them, so you can gather mob resources if you need them but can relax the rest of the time.
- A bunch of "things to do" mods - Valhelsia, Gaia, Twilight Forest, Pam's Harvestcraft 2 etc. - and a few other additions to bring in some variety without straying too far from the Vanilla experience.
WIP:
- Simple quests to introduce the mods. (So far only the very start of Tinker's is covered.)
- Server version.
- Add some magic mods.
