Niko’s Playground Pack

A loading error in the Nether had been identified and traced back to Forbidden and Arcanus, best I can figure is it was something causing the Nether structure chest loot tables to freak out. Not sure why, but it was a thing. Should be fully functional now. If I missed noting something in the changelog do let me know so I can rectify that thank you.
