Including:

Ars Magica/Blood Magic/Immersive engineering/Galaticraft/Draconic evolution and some more tech and magic mods

The point here is 
You have to travel to other worlds with a technology similar to our technology (Immersive Engineering)

create bases and evolve the magic, and spread it to the other planets

There is not much energy mods

You can use some alternative energy if you are not acostumated with Immersive Engineering but in this modpack Immersive Engineering is the best industrial mod you have
