Nexus - Horror and Fantasy

A dark medieval RPG modpack that blends fantasy magic with lurking horror, built to run smoothly even on low-end systems. (It's quite difficult...)

"Nexus: Horror and Fantasy" is a medieval RPG modpack that fuses dark fantasy with psychological and atmospheric horror (Don't hate me for it, I feed on fear). The experience is built around exploration, progression, magic, steel, and ever-present tension, where powerful artifacts and arcane knowledge exist alongside lurking threats and unsettling encounters.

This modpack is explicitly designed for low-end PCs. Stability and performance are a core design goal, not an afterthought. The pack runs with as little as 4 GB RAM, a dual-core CPU, and an integrated GPU. At minimum hardware, players are expected to use very low graphics settings and optimization options. To support this, the pack includes numerous performance-oriented mods, and further optimization and configuration improvements are planned.

All gameplay-critical mods are fully server-side compatible and available on Aternos, allowing you to host and play this modpack on an Aternos server without issues. Only few client-side quality-of-life and visual/audio enhancement mods (And also some performance mods such as Embeddium) because they do not exist on Aternos, don't need to tbh. (7 out of the current 106 mods are client only)

Please note:
This is my first public modpack. Advanced performance configurations (server-side configs, tuning files) may need to be adjusted manually on Aternos, since my Modpack does not exist in Aternos, so sadly you'll also have to download all mods yourself on Aternos.

Nexus: Horror and Fantasy is built for players who want a dark medieval RPG experience without requiring high-end hardware, where atmosphere, danger, and progression matter more than graphical excess.

I also plan to add custom content in the future. The modpack is fully open to modification and redistribution, you are free to take it, change it, or rework it as you like. The only credit I ask for is for any custom content I create once it exists. All included mods belong to their respective creators, whose work makes this pack possible; none of that content is mine to claim

Yes... I created the Modpacks Logo with AI, it's obvious. :)
