Beta server pack, at the request of Felroth. I recommend creating a Serverstar.bat file in notepad using the following text if you are hosting the server on a local computer. 

 

@echo off
java -Xmx4096M -Xms4096M -jar custom.jar nogui
pause

 

That will allocate 4BG of ram to the server which I would say is the minimum to run the server smoothly. If the server still lags, increase it to 5 or 6 GB of ram. (make sure you have enough RAM to allocate that much to the server)
