Tweaked Ore Excavator to be less overpowered

Switched Entity Culling to another Entity Culling

Added more items to Not Enough Animations' config

Deleted FTB Quests, decided they were the wrong direction for a vanilla-styled pack and I wasn't interested in them

Tweaked main menu a bit (button fade-in isn't working on game load for some reason)

Reset BetterCaves until I can find settings for it that don't produce awful looking caves

Tweaked Alex's Mobs Crimson Mosquito to have a chance to turn into the Warped Mosco if it attacks a Warped Toad as well as a Mungus
