Adding some new features!

Updates:

• Distant Horizons from 3.2.0-b to 3.3.1 (this doesn't change much in terms of performance, compared to the previous version, but it gets us out of beta versions and onto stable). 

Removals:

• None From Previous Version.

Forecasted Changes:

Methodology Changes:

• Ensured No modes were set as .disabled.
