1.1.0: Now that's what I call Create!

This pack update is intended to serve as our stable platform for server development (the next goal on our to-do list). It greatly expands our mod selection, especially with regards to Create Aeronautics.

Updates:

No mods should have been updated from the previous version of the pack.

Removals:

No mods were removed from the previous version of the pack, however, the included server list removed the testing ip for our VPN direct link; leaving just public facing WIP server listed.

Forecasted Changes:

So long as this 1.1.0 version of the pack is stable an dplayable for our small test group, we anticipate the next round of tweaks and additions to be centered around community and multiplayer functionality. 

Methodology Changes:

1. Implemented an internal policy of "Version Names" and descriptions at the top of changelogs, at least for major revisions. 
2. Added a "Forecasted Changes" section to the change log template so people can know what changes and/or fixes are slated for future release. This is not a guarantee that they'll be in the next update, just that a public statement that they're on our radar.
