Neoteric Vanilla

Added new recipes for netherite armor and tools
- Will be adding easier recipes with post-ender dragon items so it isnt as much as a hassle

- You can always use a netherite block to skip the RNG grind of specific artifacts or fish
Added new recipes for Crimson Moon Tools and Weapons

- Requires various red and bone items from different nether and overworld modded biomes/events

Added some mods for custom recipes without datapacks
Added Earth2Java (if animal variations are too much you can disable Charm's in config)
Added Piston Control (ability to push and pull tile entities)

Replaced Better Caves' default config with a vanilla-like preset

Updated a lot of mods
